What is the BVB Newsletter?
How often do you send out the BVB Newsletter? Generally, the BVB Newsletter is sent out during the first week of each month. You can expect to receive a few extra emails each year when special announcements regarding specific product offers or time sensitive promotions. Your inbox will be respected, you will not receive a flood of email from Badger Village.
Why do you require my mailing address? The mail service that we are currently using, Vertical Response, has informed us that recent laws regarding spam email requires that we have a physical mailing address. We support any efforts to reduce the amount of spam that floats around in cyberspace.
I signed up for the newsletter, but I am not receiving it, why? Due to the prevalence of spam email on the web, we have found that there are some ISP's that do not allow certain mail services. The first step is to call your ISP and ask them about their policies regarding acceptance of mai from mailing services such as Vertical Response. If you are unable to resolve the issues please drop us a note and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
How do I get my name and address off your list? You can take your name off of our list by following the directions at the bottom of the newsletter. Or, you can send us an email with 'Remove Me' in the subject line.
I do not/cannot receive html email, can I still get your newsletter? Our mail service, Vertical Response, sends both a text only and an html version. You will receive a text only version of the newsletter if you do not receive html email.
Do you have an archive of past issues or news? At this point in time (spring/summer 2007), we are in the process of reworking a number of aspects of our site. As time has gone by, there has been a large volume of information added to the site. There are a number of improvements that need to tbe made prior to the addition of a regularly maintained archives section. However, there are some older things that you can look at here: Archive
