Waterfront Deck Railing Inserts

Following are the conceptual design and photos of a project currently underway in the shop. The railings create a panorama that reflects the location of the house on Jordan Lake in Wisconsin Dells.

The project was completed in two major sections. The majority of the work for the gazebo was done in the fall of 2005 and the deck railings were produced in the summer of 2006. The winter of '05- '06 was spent producing the 'Praire Grass and Critters' railings for the front entrance of the same residence.

Following is a series of photos that show both the gazebo railings which were completed in the fall of 2005 and the deck railings that were completed and installed in August of 2006. Due to the nature of an outdoor installation in Wisconsin, the panels are given a primer of e-coat and a final powder coat finish for durability. Time has not allowed for me to produce an ongoing production diary of this part of the project.
